About PivotalCap

PivotalCap Pty Ltd operates pivotal-cap.com, an online bookshop specialising in curated financial-literacy titles for young adults, shipping across Australia from our office at Level 12, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

Orders and pricing

All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch. Product availability is subject to stock; where a title becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout and your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Shipping and delivery

See our full Shipping & Returns policy for delivery timeframes and costs across Australia. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund, repair or replacement where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are meant to do. Beyond these statutory guarantees, we also offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return window as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
