This policy explains how we ship orders across Australia and how our 30-day returns process works. It applies to all orders placed through pivotal-cap.com.
Shipping across Australia
We ship every order from our Sydney warehouse using tracked delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days for metro addresses (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin) and 5–10 business days for regional and remote postcodes. Express shipping (1–3 business days for most metro areas) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders over A$40 qualify for free standard shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at hello@pivotal-cap.com and we'll investigate with our shipping partner immediately.
30-day change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return any unread, undamaged book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To start a return, email hello@pivotal-cap.com with your order number, and we'll send return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
International orders
At this time, PivotalCap ships exclusively within Australia. We are exploring international shipping options and recommend joining our mailing list via the free budget checklist offer to be notified if this changes.
